We are looking for trainers & instructors who help companies in Germany use AI, ChatGPT & automation in daily work – remote, flexible and hands-on.
What you do as an AI trainer
You show people how to use AI & ChatGPT in a concrete, everyday way – without overcomplicated theory.
Online trainings
Live sessions on AI fundamentals, ChatGPT and productive workflows – via Zoom or Teams.
Workshops for teams
Short, practical workshops for departments, small companies or agencies.
Practical guidance
Guiding clients through their first AI workflows – in close coordination with ROSCAs UG.
Who we have in mind
We are not looking for a “perfect AI guru”, but for someone who uses AI and can explain it well.
AI & tools
You work regularly with ChatGPT or similar tools and know the basics of AI in everyday work.
Communication
You explain calmly, clearly and in a structured way – ideally without heavy jargon.
Bonus: Automation
Experience with Zapier, Power Automate or similar tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
Remote setup
Stable internet, quiet environment, camera & microphone – you can work professionally online.
Experience with people
Experience with trainings, coaching or leading teams is helpful – but not required.
Collaboration
Reliability, clear agreements and long-term collaboration matter to you.
